Recipe for Homemade Key Lime Ice Cream

Susan always wows us with this recipe! If you enjoyed a bowl at Knit Picky's Birthday celebration, you know what I mean.  Now....after many requests....Susan is sharing her secret!

Susan's Key Lime Ice Cream
2 1/2 cups sugar
6 cups Half & Half (or 4 cups H&H, 2 cups Milk)
1 T. Lime Zest
1 - 2 cups of freshly squeezed Lime juice
1/8 tsp salt
Mix well, freeze in ice cream freezer and enjoy!
