I keep looking for a great market type bag - something that squishes up to nothing when not in use but swells and holds a lot when needed. This looks great! Great color, too!

put in a casserole dish, sprinkle with olive oil and put a good portion of Spice Delight (found at Fresh Market)

I would just get the basics, yummy carrots, celery, yellow peppers, tomatoes, and some cucumber with the Hidden Valley Ranch dip and I'm good to go. Yum, I think I'll make some of that dip when I get home tonight.

Roasted vegetable
Cut up onions, potatoes & carrots.
Toss with olive oil, salt & pepper.
Bake at 425 until browned to your liking.

You can add asparagus, mushroom, or broccoli toward the end.

Delicious with any grilled meat.

That bag seams perfect for getting early peaches at the farmers market. (My veg comes in a box from the farm, so I went fruity for the bag.)

I would love this bag for going to the market and for picking apples.

A few years ago I switched to using only baking soda, vinegar, and borax for cleaning our house. I feel good about not having toxic chemicals around my children and it saves us a lot of money.

My delicious and healthful way to prepare collard greens from the farmer's market:

wash the greens well
trim off the very end of stalks
stack leaves w/ stalks still
attached, roll up, and cut into
strips (abt. 2 inches wide)

place in large pot (don't forget
the stalks!)
add two (or more) cups chicken
broth
bring to boil, then simmer as
slowly as possible for 40-45
min.
serve in a bowl; drizzle with
olive oil and add a few drops of
Texas Pete
don't forget the broth-maybe the
best part!

I've been wanting to knit a market bag for a while now - this would be the perfect excuse to set aside my current project!

Two pounds of potatoes, a bag of green beans, two white onions, a bunch of carrots, pound of soup bones, four cloves of garlic, a bunch of parsley and four clean stones.

Stone Soup rocks. (pun intended)
