My next chapter involves spinning. Shanna gave me this fabulous roving (which I have no pictures of because I popped it on my wheel in fast time)!
Anyway, here is the yarn made from Shanna's namesake (hand-dyed roving by Funky Carolina).
Hummmmm, now what pattern shall I knit? Suggestions? About 400yds of sock wgt.

Farewell Sweet Shop
As most of you know, Knit Picky closed her doors September 30, 2012. This beautiful bouquet was waiting for me at home on my very last day in the shop. Of course, i held it together until I found this with an amazingly sweet card. Thank you Zach & Melissa! Also thanks to Steve & Zoey. And to all of the KP gang. I couldn't have done it without you! Lots of love, Jo
